Is A Vegan Or Vegetarian Diet Meant For You?

 Vegan and Vegetarian diets can lack certain nutrients, but they can be healthy. To ensure you get enough vitamin B12, calcium, protein, and iron, you may have to use a little creativity. If you're vegetarian and if you're vegan from plant sources, you can find many of these nutrients. But an added boost is needed.
